IBM Consulting has unveiled a new real-time dashboard, known as 'Consulting Advantage,' which allows humans to monitor the work of AI agents. This platform, initially released internally in 2024, has now been made available to clients under the name 'Enterprise
Advantage.' The dashboard facilitates the management and deployment of AI agents, enabling them to work alongside human staff on various tasks. For instance, in security operations, AI agents can now handle tasks that previously took human investigators 45 minutes, reducing the time to just a few minutes. This system has been used to complete 52,000 investigations in January alone. IBM's consulting arm, which has evolved significantly since its acquisition of PwC's consulting arm in 2002, is leveraging this technology to meet the growing demand for AI-driven solutions.
