Hino Trucks has introduced its new Le Series battery-electric vehicle at the ACT Expo 2026, featuring Class 6 and Class 7 medium-duty configurations. The Le Series includes the L6e and L7e variants, with
gross vehicle weight ratings of 25,950 lb and 33,000 lb, respectively. Both models are powered by a 269 kW/h battery pack, utilizing Panasonic Energy lithium-ion cells. The vehicles support DC fast charging, capable of reaching 80% charge in approximately 1.8 hours. The Le Series is equipped with Accelera's integrated e-axle, offering a peak output of 260 kW. Standard features include programmable regenerative braking and advanced safety systems. Production is set to begin in the third quarter of 2026.
