Courtney Conching has been appointed as the Director of Group Sales at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua. With over ten years of experience in luxury hospitality, Conching will lead the resort's group sales strategy, focusing on the luxury travel and incentive
market. The resort features 290,000 square feet of event space, including the newly redesigned Aloha Garden Pavilion. Conching's previous roles include Director of Sales & Marketing at 'Alohilani Resort and Area Director of Group Sales for Highgate's hotels in Hawaii. Her international experience includes a position as Senior Sales Manager at Hilton Beijing.
