Her career began at Howard University’s WHUR-FM, where she was mentored by Cathy Hughes, founder of Urban One. Eldridge's ventures include the Cafè Mocha radio show, which is broadcast in over 40 urban AC markets and has won multiple Gracie Awards. She also focuses on supporting HBCU students through initiatives like the HBCU First LOOK Film Festival.
