Youncofski joins from The Gazelle Group, where he held various roles, including Director of NIL and Operations. He has a background with the UConn men's basketball program, where he served as Director of Basketball Operations and later as Assistant Athletic Director for Men's Basketball Operations. Buhmeyer, a former U.S. Marine, comes from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he was responsible for sports performance and athlete wellness. His experience includes working with the Kentucky men's basketball program and Furman University's teams.
