Ricardo Morillo has been appointed as the Corporate Beverage Director at Wilderness Reserve, a 6,000-acre private estate in Suffolk's Yox Valley. With over 17 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Morillo is known for his creative excellence and
commercial rigor, having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and international luxury venues. Previously, he was the Lounge & Bar Manager at Cliveden House, where he developed the Iconic Gin concept and delivered world-class event experiences for global luxury brands. At Wilderness Reserve, Morillo will refine and elevate the estate's food and beverage offerings across its various settings, which include Sibton Park, Chapel Barn, and Blyth Barn, featuring 27 houses ranging from one-bedroom cottages to spa houses.
