will be announced on Friday, May 8. The nominees are selected based on top performances submitted by high school coaches or statisticians. Among the nominees are Will Ballard from Pike Road, who excelled in a playoff series against Chelsea, and Land Sharpless from Trinity Presbyterian, who pitched a complete game in a playoff series against Oak Grove. Other nominees include Cavarous Ellis from Stanhope Elmore, Hunter Hassell from Saint James, and Cayden Dees from Montgomery Catholic, who achieved notable performances in their respective sports.
