What's Happening?
Walt Disney World has introduced a specially priced ticket option for guests wishing to visit the theme parks after 2 p.m. during the summer. This offer includes a choice between a 2-day or 3-day ticket, with each ticket allowing access to one theme park per
day. These tickets are date-based, eliminating the need for park reservations. The tickets are available for purchase now and can be used between May 26 and July 29, 2026. The 2-day ticket must be used within four days of the selected start date, while the 3-day ticket must be used within five days. Pricing for these tickets starts at $116 per day.
Why It's Important?
This ticket offer is significant as it provides a more flexible and potentially cost-effective option for visitors, particularly those who prefer to avoid the peak morning crowds. By allowing entry after 2 p.m., Disney World is catering to a segment of visitors who may have other commitments during the day or prefer a more relaxed park experience. This initiative could also help manage park capacity and enhance visitor experience by spreading attendance more evenly throughout the day. Additionally, it reflects Disney's ongoing efforts to adapt to changing visitor preferences and enhance accessibility to its parks.
