VeraData Holdings, a company based in Fort Meyers, Florida, has acquired Avalon Consulting, a nonprofit fundraising agency located in Washington, D.C. The financial terms of the acquisition have not been
disclosed. This acquisition is part of VeraData's strategy to expand its capabilities in the nonprofit sector, following its rebranding as 'VeraData: The Donor Science Company' in January 2024. Since then, VeraData has also acquired Faircom New York and Teal Media, which merged in July 2025. Avalon Consulting, founded in 1997, will continue to operate under the leadership of its president, Allison Porter, who emphasized that the agency's core values and operations will remain intact while expanding its capabilities through this partnership.
