The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has selected Oracle to implement a comprehensive Human Capital Management (HCM) platform as part of its Federal HR 2.0 initiative. This $395.8 million contract aims to consolidate over 100 disparate HR systems
into a single, unified platform powered by Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The new system is designed to enhance efficiency, security, and service delivery for more than two million federal employees.
