What's Happening?
Zenith has introduced a new limited edition of its Chronomaster Sport watch, featuring a two-tone design of stainless steel and rose gold. This model is powered by the El Primero 3600 automatic chronograph caliber, which operates at a high frequency of 36,000
vibrations per hour. This allows the central chronograph seconds hand to complete a full rotation in ten seconds, enabling precise time measurement to 1/10th of a second. The watch includes an integrated bracelet and an additional black rubber strap, both secured by a folding clasp. Limited to just 50 pieces, this model is priced at $20,100 and was unveiled at the Watches and Wonders event.
Why It's Important?
The release of this limited edition Chronomaster Sport highlights Zenith's commitment to innovation and precision in watchmaking. By incorporating the high-frequency El Primero 3600 caliber, Zenith continues to push the boundaries of chronograph technology, appealing to collectors and enthusiasts who value both performance and exclusivity. The use of a two-tone design also reflects current trends in luxury watches, where aesthetic appeal is as crucial as technical prowess. This release could strengthen Zenith's position in the competitive luxury watch market, attracting attention from both new and seasoned collectors.
