Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores has inaugurated a new travel stop in San Antonio, Texas, which includes the company's first Whataburger restaurant. This new location, situated off Interstate 410 at 9530
Southton Road, marks Love's 83rd store in Texas. The Whataburger restaurant is set to open on May 4, offering menu items such as the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and the Whataburger patty melt. Love's has been expanding its quick-service restaurant (QSR) partnerships, including adding Buffalo Wild Wings Go locations. The San Antonio travel center spans 14,954 square feet and provides 70 truck parking spaces, 77 car parking spaces, and facilities for electric vehicle chargers. The center also features Love's fresh food items, self-checkout options, a dog park, laundry facilities, seven showers, an RV dump, and a CAT scale. This development adds 50 jobs to the local community.
