Trane Technologies has acquired CSTK, a Thermo King dealer, to bolster its cold chain services in the Northeast and Central United States. CSTK, known for its temperature control solutions for refrigerated
transport, operates across 10 sites with over 200 employees. The acquisition will integrate CSTK into Trane Technologies' Thermo King Americas business, allowing it to continue providing installation, maintenance, repairs, and telematics services for temperature-sensitive freight.
