What's Happening?
Joanne Gervais Ainsworth has joined the SCV Business and Real Estate Law Firm as 'of counsel.' Ainsworth, originally from the Boston area, moved to Santa Clarita in 2011. She previously owned and operated the Gervais School of Performing Arts from 2012
to 2023, where she directed performances across Southern California, including at Disneyland. Most recently, she served as the executive director of the Santa Clarita Valley Food Pantry. Ainsworth graduated magna cum laude from St. Francis School of Law in August 2025 and passed the California bar exam on her first attempt. She will focus on business, real estate, and animal welfare law at the firm.
