Omni Hotels & Resorts has announced the development of a new 29-story hotel in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, scheduled to open in late 2028. The Omni Raleigh Hotel will be strategically located between the Raleigh Convention Center and the Martin
Marietta Center for the Performing Arts. The hotel will feature 600 guest rooms and a variety of amenities, including a rooftop pool with an adjacent restaurant, a sports bar with a golf simulator, and a wellness area. The hotel will also include a 20,000-square-foot ballroom and 61,000 square feet of meeting space, supporting the expansion of the Raleigh Convention Center. Construction is being managed by Brasfield & Gorrie, with architectural design by Rule Joy Trammell + Rubio, LLC, and interior design by Waldrop + Nichols Studio.
