Westport Hospitality has announced the opening of The Harborvale, a new hotel in Burlington, Vermont, set to debut in June 2026. Located at 25 Cherry Street, this 161-room lakeside retreat will join Marriott Bonvoy's Autograph Collection, a global portfolio
of over 300 independent hotels. The project is expected to create approximately 100 jobs in Burlington. Developed by Jay Canning and Chuck DesLauriers, and owned by local investors under the Burlington Harbor Hotel Group, The Harborvale is operated by Westport Hospitality, known for managing Hotel Vermont. The hotel features three event spaces with natural light and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering over 3,000 square feet of function space and an outdoor terrace overlooking Lake Champlain.
