Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) is enhancing its fragrance portfolio in North America by establishing a new Fragrance Cluster. This initiative aims to consolidate ELC's owned perfume brands under a single
umbrella, streamlining operations and boosting growth. The cluster will be led by Vérane de Marffy, who will also serve as General Manager of Fragrances, North America. Marffy, with a background in marketing and management at L'Oréal and William Grant & Sons, is tasked with driving growth for brands like Kilian Paris and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. The move reflects ELC's strategy to capitalize on the growing fragrance market, which is attracting younger consumers and fostering creativity in scent layering and new formats.
