The Macon County High School Tigerette softball team concluded their season after competing in the District 8-AAA tournament held in Watertown. The team initially secured a victory against DeKalb County with

However, the Tigerettes faced a setback against Watertown, losing 10-1, which hindered their progress. In a subsequent match against DeKalb County, the Tigerettes were unable to maintain their lead, ultimately losing 14-5. The team finished the season with a record of 13-18, narrowly missing the opportunity to advance to the region tournament. The season's end also marks the graduation of three seniors from the team.
