Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (ESRT) has announced the expansion and renewal of leases with Burlington Stores, Inc. and Nespresso at two of its premier office buildings in Manhattan. Burlington Stores has signed an expansion lease for an additional 35,629 square feet, bringing its total occupancy to 206,392 square feet at 1400 Broadway. This marks Burlington's fourth expansion with ESRT since its initial lease in 2010. Meanwhile, Nespresso has renewed its lease for 41,835 square feet at 111 W. 33rd Street, continuing its presence since 2018.
