The Upstate Ingles high school Girls Athlete of the Week voting is now open for the week of December 15-21. The finalists for this week include several standout athletes from various high schools. Kara
Twitty from Chapman High School scored 16 points, secured six rebounds, and made two steals in a victory over Chesnee. Kaylee Nelson from Spartanburg High School contributed 20 points and six rebounds in a win against Butler. Hailey Burgess from Wren High School added 17 points and six rebounds in a game against Seneca. Morgan White from Dorman High School achieved 24 points and 12 rebounds in a match against Boiling Springs. Jensyn Turner from Woodruff High School scored 32 points and made 10 steals in a win over Aiken. Lastly, Chyresh Gomez from Blacksburg High School recorded a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds in a game against Liberty, while Kylie Fortner from Landrum High School scored 21 points and made four steals in a win over Asheville.
