Ocean Network Express (ONE) and MTI Ltd. have launched a joint venture named QUAVEO Company Limited, aimed at accelerating digital transformation in maritime operations through artificial intelligence. Established in December 2025 and headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, the venture seeks to integrate ONE's container shipping expertise with MTI's AI development capabilities. The initiative is designed to move beyond pilot projects and implement scalable AI solutions that enhance efficiency, service quality, and resilience in shipping operations. The joint venture is capitalized at approximately $1.6 million, with MTI holding a 51% stake and ONE 49%. Ichiro Igari, Managing Executive Officer at MTI, has been appointed as CEO.
