The acquisition is part of Cooper Parry's strategy to scale its digital services across the UK and international markets. UUNA's client list includes high-profile organizations such as Oxford University Press and the City of London. This marks Cooper Parry's ninth acquisition since partnering with Lee Equity Partners in 2025. The financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. The expanded digital team will integrate into Cooper Parry Digital, a division launched to consolidate software engineering, Salesforce, NetSuite, and cybersecurity services.
