What's Happening?
The Do228 NXT, a new generation twin-turboprop aircraft, made its debut at the ILA Berlin Air Show. Developed by General Atomics AeroTec Systems, the Do228 NXT is designed for short take-off and landing
operations and is expected to impact the turboprop and special mission aviation markets. The aircraft features a Universal EFI-890R avionics suite and is powered by Honeywell TPE331-10 engines. The first customer delivery is scheduled for this summer to a European operator.
