The festival, known for its free classical music series in Millennium Park, is set to begin its summer season with a concert on June 10, featuring Leonard Bernstein’s music from 'West Side Story.' The Grant Park Orchestra, under the direction of newly appointed artistic director and principal conductor Giancarlo Guerrero, will lead the performance. The festival is also preparing for its 100th season in 2035, with leadership from Grant Park Chorus director Christopher Bell and CFO and interim president and CEO Hannah Lehman.
