What's Happening?
Jill Zarin, known for her role on 'Real Housewives of New York,' is facing a lawsuit filed by Noah Springer. The lawsuit alleges that Zarin and her boyfriend, Gary Brody, sold a pickleball machine called the Go-No-Go without authorization. Springer claims
he invested $500,000 in Pickle Pro Labs, LLC, for a 25% share and was promised a monthly salary. However, he stopped receiving payments in May 2024. Springer accuses Zarin and Brody of forming a new company, GNG Enterprises, to sell the machine, which was developed using Pickle Pro Labs' resources. He is seeking damages and an injunction to prevent Zarin and Brody from diverting business opportunities from Pickle Pro Labs.
Why It's Important?
