Hilton has announced the appointment of Austin Pruett as the new general manager of the Martinique New York on Broadway, Curio Collection by Hilton. This 504-room property will now be under Pruett's leadership, where he will oversee all aspects of hotel
operations. Prior to this role, Pruett was the general manager at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Jersey City, a 198-room property that received the 2025 'Genius of the AND' award for high performance. Pruett's career includes roles such as interim general manager, complex hotel manager, and complex director of finance at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown Capitol and Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress. He holds a degree in business administration from Indian River State College and is a member of the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s General Manager Committee.
