The MOHI by Appellation, formerly known as Hotel MOHI by Appellation, is set to debut in 2027 as Morgan Hill's first full-service luxury boutique hotel. This development is spearheaded by Chef Charlie Palmer and luxury hospitality veteran Christopher
Hunsberger, in collaboration with vintner and developer Frank Léal. The hotel aims to establish Morgan Hill as a prominent food and wine destination in Northern California. It will feature a dynamic collection of food and beverage concepts, including Youngstock, HOLT by Charlie Palmer, Nashelle, and Solene, each offering unique culinary experiences. The hotel will also provide extensive amenities such as a terrace pool, meeting spaces, and a spa.
