Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is set to open a new property, Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere, in Northwest England on July 10, 2026. This marks the brand's fourth hotel in the UK, joining The Savoy, Fairmont Windsor Park, and Fairmont St Andrews. The property, nestled
within 157 acres of Cheshire countryside, has undergone a significant transformation with a £35 million acquisition and an additional £90 million investment by Select Group. The hotel will offer 116 bedrooms, including 23 suites, and a variety of dining options, such as Gordon Ramsay at The Mere. It aims to become a vibrant social epicenter, offering elevated luxury experiences and comprehensive hospitality services.
