Temas Resources has successfully closed a private placement, raising C$1.5 million to fund exploration at its La Blache and Lac Brule titanium projects in Québec, Canada. The company issued 8.33 million flow-through shares at C$0.18 each, with the entirety
of the placement being issued to a current shareholder, Maple Leaf Critical Minerals 2026 Enhanced Fund. This fund now holds a 9.9% stake in Temas' equity. The exploration programs, which include assaying and re-assaying work, are currently underway and are expected to be completed by December 31, 2027. CEO Tim Fernback expressed gratitude for the support from Maple Leaf, highlighting the financing as a means to advance their understanding of gallium and scandium at La Blache, while also focusing on business development and the commercialization of their RCL Metallurgical Platform Technology.
