Amazon has announced the launch of new delivery options that allow customers to receive selected products within one to three hours. This service is available in over 2,000 cities and towns across the United States, including major metropolitan areas
like Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington, as well as smaller cities such as Des Moines and Boise. The cost for this expedited service is $4.99 for Amazon Prime members and $14.99 for non-members for three-hour delivery, while one-hour delivery costs $9.99 for Prime members and $19.99 for non-members. The company began testing this express delivery service late last year and has expanded it this month. Amazon's senior vice president of worldwide operations, Udit Madan, stated that the company aims to leverage its operational expertise and delivery network to enhance customer convenience and add value for Prime members.
