Clariant has announced a strategic partnership with Vertimass to enhance the development and commercialization of advanced zeolite catalysts. This collaboration focuses on the catalytic conversion of biobased alcohols through Vertimass' Consolidated Alcohols
Deoxygenation and Oligomerization (CADO) process. Clariant will provide technical support, including catalyst development expertise, industrial scale-up guidance, and catalyst sample provision for testing. The partnership aims to accelerate the commercialization of Vertimass' technology, which converts renewable alcohols into biobased fuels.
