Stockland has introduced an AI assistant named Sage, designed to facilitate access to procurement and purchasing data stored in SAP for approximately 700 property developers and project managers. The AI assistant, integrated within Microsoft Teams, allows
users to interact with SAP data using natural language, significantly reducing the time required to retrieve information. Previously, accessing such data involved a complex process that could take up to six minutes. Sage was developed over 18 weeks and is hosted on Amazon Bedrock, making it accessible to users with existing SAP and Teams logins. The initiative aims to eliminate usability barriers and improve decision-making efficiency by providing timely access to necessary data.
