Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game, based on the popular animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender, is scheduled for release on July 2. Developed by Gameplay Group International and PM Studios, this 1v1 2D fighting game will be available on PlayStation
5, Xbox Series X and S, Nintendo Switch 1 and 2, and PC via Steam. Priced at $29.99, the game will feature crossplay at launch. The game promises a unique 'Flow System' for movement-centric gameplay and will include 12 playable characters at launch, with more to be added through a seasonal model. The game also offers a single-player campaign with an original narrative, combo trials, and a gallery mode. Initially developed by Maximum Entertainment, the project was revived by Gameplay Group International after being canceled in 2024.
