Amazon has expanded its U.S. returns network by adding over 1,500 FedEx Office locations, allowing customers to return eligible items without a box, tape, or printed label. This expansion increases Amazon's return drop-off points to over 10,000 nationwide,
with four out of five U.S. customers now having a return location within five miles of their home. FedEx Office joins other Amazon returns partners, including Whole Foods Market, The UPS Store, Kohl's, and Staples, enhancing the convenience and accessibility of Amazon's return services.
