Truck Service Depot, founded in 2018, operates with over 20 technicians and two physical locations in Atlanta and Savannah. The acquisition is expected to create synergies and benefit customers by integrating Truck Service Depot's employees, assets, and operations into Ryder's network. Scott Marshall, the founder of Truck Service Depot, will assist in the transition process. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
