EQ Resources has commenced a new drilling program at its Mt Carbine Tungsten Mine in Far North Queensland, Australia. The initiative, which began on March 16, 2026, aims to enhance geological confidence in key target zones, explore potential extensions,
and support future mine planning. The program involves drilling 28 holes over a combined distance of 7.7 kilometers and is expected to last approximately four months. Currently, only 23% of the resource has been converted to reserve, indicating significant opportunities for future production. The mine produced 487 tonnes of pure tungsten trioxide in the 2025 financial year, and production is anticipated to increase by the end of April 2026 due to access to a higher-grade orebody. The company is also progressing with assay arrangements for sample analysis, with results expected in 20 to 30 business days.
