In the fourth quarter of 2025, six construction technology startups collectively raised $124.5 million to advance their AI-driven solutions. Notable among them is New York-based PermitFlow, which secured
$54 million to streamline the permitting process using AI. Wilmington's Attentive.AI raised $30.5 million to enhance its preconstruction software, Beam AI. San Francisco's Unlimited Industries, an AI-native construction firm, received $12 million to develop its design optimization platform. Other startups like ConCntric, Kojo, and Planera also received significant funding to expand their AI capabilities in preconstruction, materials management, and scheduling, respectively.
