The Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF) and its content market, TIFFCOM, have announced their 2026 dates. The 39th edition of TIFF will run from October 26 to November 4, while TIFFCOM will take place from October 28 to 30. The events will be held
in the Hibiya-Yurakucho-Marunouchi-Ginza area of Tokyo, with TIFFCOM located at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Trade Center Hamamatsucho-Kan. UNIJAPAN, the festival's organizers, will begin accepting submissions on April 7. The festival will feature a main competition, awarding prizes such as the Tokyo Grand Prix and special jury awards.
