BTMS has announced the acquisition of Integrity Consulting Engineering & Security Solutions, a move aimed at expanding its defense, security, and mission support services. This acquisition will enhance BTMS's capabilities in cybersecurity, data science,
analytics, and software engineering. Integrity, a service-disabled/veteran-owned small business, brings with it access to government-wide contract vehicles and multiple-award efforts, including positions on the OASIS and Navy Seaport-e vehicles, as well as the Joint Enterprise Omnibus Program Engineering & Technical Support contract. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. BTMS CEO Baly Ambegaoker highlighted that the integration of Integrity will accelerate the company's ability to deliver mission impact at scale, leveraging Integrity's global defense expertise and broad contract portfolio.
