Universal Destinations & Experiences and the University of Central Florida have launched the Universal School of Experience Leadership and Innovation. The school, housed within UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality Management, aims to develop future leaders
in themed entertainment and immersive experiences. With a $10 million investment, the school offers a dual-school model combining experience-focused education with business strategy and service leadership. The partnership includes a new Hospitality Technology Lab for research and hands-on learning, enhancing students' skills in creativity, technology, and leadership.
