Kamieon Compton-Nero, a highly regarded high school athlete from Owasso, Oklahoma, is set to visit the University of Oklahoma (OU) for an unofficial visit on April 7. Compton-Nero, who is ranked as the No. 62 overall player and the No. 5 athlete in the Class
of 2028 by 247Sports, plays both quarterback and defensive back. As a sophomore at Rejoice Christian School, he amassed 3,395 yards of offense and 49 touchdowns, alongside 95 tackles and five interceptions on defense. The visit to OU is part of a series of visits to major programs, including Ole Miss, Oklahoma State, SMU, Texas A&M, Ohio State, and Kansas State. Compton-Nero has already visited OU multiple times, including attending a game where the Sooners secured a spot in the College Football Playoff.
