What's Happening?
A new private members' club named Seia has opened in Miami's Brickell district, offering a blend of contemporary art and culinary experiences. Founded by Vlad Doronin, the club is designed to cater to cultural enthusiasts year-round, beyond the annual
Art Basel Miami Beach event. Seia features an Italian restaurant led by executive chef Salvatore Martone and showcases major artworks by renowned artists such as Andy Warhol and Damien Hirst. The club aims to provide a sophisticated metropolitan space for members to engage in business and social activities, with plans to host cultural talks and events. The club is located on the 54th and 55th floors of 830 Brickell, designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, and features interiors by Zervudachi, Roberts & Macadam.
Why It's Important?

By offering a space that combines art, cuisine, and business networking, Seia caters to the city's diverse and affluent population, including entrepreneurs, investors, and creatives. The club's focus on cultural events and discussions positions it as a significant player in Miami's cultural landscape, potentially attracting international attention and investment. This development reflects Miami's evolution into a global city, appealing to both local and international audiences seeking a sophisticated cultural experience.
What's Next?
Seia plans to host a series of talks and events featuring leaders from various industries, including business, design, and culture. The club will offer private museum tours and cultural experiences, extending its influence beyond its physical location. Regular events aimed at the local business and financial community are also planned, with a focus on individuals who have shaped Miami's growth. The club's 'Best in Class' breakfast series will feature experts across multiple disciplines, further establishing Seia as a center for cultural and economic discourse in Miami.
