Leif Eisenheim has been appointed as the new Managing Director and CEO of Neptun Werft, a shipbuilding company in Rostock-Warnemünde, part of the Meyer Werft Group. Eisenheim will assume his role by December 1, 2026, or earlier if possible, succeeding
Stephan Happe, who has been leading the company on an interim basis. Eisenheim brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Deutsche Bahn and Airbus Operations GmbH, where he held senior positions in maintenance and procurement operations.
