Robinson Helicopter Company has launched Robinson Unmanned, a new business unit focused on developing autonomous and remotely piloted aircraft. This marks a significant shift from traditional rotorcraft manufacturing to providing scalable vertical flight

The new division integrates small UAS from subsidiary Ascent AeroSystems with larger platforms based on existing airframes, powered by partnerships with Rotor Technologies and Sikorsky Helicopters.
