Villanueva will report to Sophie Shi, Head of Studios at EST N8, and will work on connecting high-value intellectual property and curated film slates to audiences and distributors worldwide. Previously, Villanueva held executive roles at Vertical Entertainment and Viz Media, and has experience with major studios like Disney, Sony Pictures, and Warner Bros.
