PepsiCo has introduced a new line of hot vegetable soups under its Alvalle brand, aiming to extend the brand's reach beyond its traditional summer gazpacho offerings. The soups, produced in Murcia, Spain, are made with locally sourced vegetables, olive
oil, and salt, and are free from additives and gluten. Initially, two variants, Vegetable Cream and Pumpkin Cream, will be available in the chilled aisle. This launch is part of PepsiCo's strategy to tap into the growing demand for convenient, plant-based meal options and to utilize production capacity during the winter months.
