Hotels. The hotel is designed to be part of Arcadia, a mixed-use project aimed at revitalizing the eastern end of Adelaide's CBD. It will feature vibrant spaces, a recreation deck, multiple dining venues, and meeting spaces, catering to both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is strategically located near Rundle Mall and the East End, surrounded by dining and cultural destinations. It is set to open in 2031 and will join the Hilton Honors loyalty program.
