What's Happening?
The Risk & Insurance Education Alliance has expanded its educational offerings by introducing a self-paced format for its 'Control of Risk' course. This course is part of the Alliance's Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation and is also an option for the Certified Insurance Counselor
(CIC) designation. The course, which previously was available only in classroom and webinar formats, now allows learners 120 days to complete it at their own pace. It includes a variety of resources such as a pre-test, study guides, and a final exam to support learning. The course is designed for professionals in risk management and related fields, offering practical applications of key concepts in risk management, human resources risk control, property and liability risk control, crisis planning, and claims management.
