Telstra has appointed Dayle Stevens to a new enterprise-wide AI leadership role, following her tenure overseeing the Data & AI function. Stevens will focus on shaping Telstra's long-term AI agenda, including global trends, regulation, and practical outcomes
for customers. Reporting to the chief general counsel, Stevens will also work on strengthening trust and governance around AI. Her previous role will be taken over by Joanna Knox, who will manage the Data & AI joint ventures with Quantium and Accenture. This move aligns with Telstra's strategy to consolidate vendor support and enhance AI adoption.
