Ford is undertaking a significant product overhaul, planning to refresh 70% of its global vehicle lineup by 2029. This includes a major reorganization to integrate its EV, digital, and design teams with its global industrial system. The new internal group,
Product Creation and Industrialization, will be led by Kumar Galhotra. In North America, 80% of Ford's portfolio will be refreshed, including a next-generation F-150 and F-Series Super Duty, and a new mid-size pickup on the Universal Electric Vehicle (UEV) platform.
